_{Unexpected things happen, and they usually happen fast.

We moved again, but this time because the market is much more friendly for renters and we couldn't refuse moving into a much nicer two bedroom for about the same money as we were paying for a one bedroom. This means we have a studio again! A studio with a door to shut cats out!

Summer is always the busiest time for me and this will prove no exception. Black Tea (and good friends Fantasy's Edge owned by *Ayatchi-Kun) will be making its debut appearance at Animethon 16 in the vendor's hall this year. We will have a selection of gothic & lolita accessories, maybe some clothing, as well as clothing and accessories for Asian Ball-joint dolls. There will also be many other goodies offered by Fantasy's Edge to suit your geeky and anime-loving needs.

I'm also adding a promotion for this year: Any commissions received at Animethon 16 will be 20% off. A 50% deposit will be due with the commission form. That means you have to drop by and see us in person!

I have a large commission coming up for a photoshoot in late August that is going to eat most of my life, but September should be nice and clear for some relaxing.

It's been a while since I did anything but babble about myself, so taking a cue from *LulaByDay I'm going to try and be better about featuring the other amazing peoples I know. First up, of course, is my beautiful and ever talented partner in crime as well as life:

She recently redid her DA account and there's only two pieces I have to feature. I encourage you to pester the ever living crap out of her to post more, because she has a beautiful, infinite talent for art, design, writing, and photography.}

I wish I could be there at Animethon to support you guys. Hope you gain a lot of recognition and great success. Keep us posted with how it went.. (even though August is a long ways to go...XD)

Congrats with finding a great place. Is it down south?

_{Aw, are you not able to stop by this year? xD I'll definitely fill you in on everything.. August seems like a long way away but it flies when you have lots of stuff to finish haha.

And thanks! Yeah we're on 106th, about 25 min walk from southgate.. (I walked to the bus terminal today)

As soon as everything is straightened out and unpacked I'm sooo having everyone over for dollfun/tea/goodies.}

No u_u, I'm off to TO and NY for that whole month for an adventure haha.. but would've liked to attended this year.. :/
